Wolfgang Weber-Thedy, head of Zurich and Munich-based Weber-Thedy AG which he founded in 1997, has announced the appointment of two partners – Timo Küng and Sean Serafin.
Specialising in strategy, communication and management, Wolfgang Weber-Thedy, will continue to head the company as managing partner.
Timo Küng, an advisor to the company since 2001, will focus on corporate communication and investor relations in addition to being responsible for the communication and support of many capital market transactions.
Sean Serafin, who joined the consultancy in 2009, will concentrate on corporate affairs and litigation support projects and will also be responsible for international business and market intelligence together with English and French communications.
