Blue Focus buys Madhouse and DOMOB and continue growing

Bluefocus has acquired Madhouse (an advertisement communication company expert in mobile advertising and marketing) and DOMOB (a network technology company expert in smart mobile advertising platform)

Hong Zheng, the president global of Bluefocus was named by Ad Age the “2015 Top 20 Global Female Business Leaders”

SNK, the subsidiary corporation of Bluefocus completed the significant annual bidding, which is all online media buying and SEM business of TENCENT Game in future two years.

The convertible bond of Bluefocus is allowed to issue on December 2015. This is the first convertible bond in China GEM (Growth Enterprise Market) and also the first non-directional recruitment product in open market, which acquires high attention in China.
