The three-strong senior management team from creative agency, Diamond Conspiracy, is joining independent integrated communications agency, Four Communications Group (Four) from January 2016.  Diamond Conspiracy specialises in strategic brand consultancy and creative work with a focus on premium goods and services, travel, retail, arts, leisure and financial services.  Recent clients include PWC, Rocco Forte Hotels, Browning, Theo Fennell, Pandora and the recent rebranding of The Ritz London. Client services director, Piers Bracher, creative director, John Scully, and creative services director, Jonny Campbell, will all take senior roles in Four’s Creative & Digital practice which will now be 40 people strong.

Diamond Conspiracy was founded as Diamond Advertising in 2004 by Piers Bracher. He previously held roles at McCann Erikson and Lowe Howard-Spink.  Jonny Campbell joined from Two Feet South in 2007 and was previously with Blueberry. And in 2011 the agency rebranded as Diamond Conspiracy and John Scully joined as creative director. He has held similar positions with BBDO, AMV, FCB and McCann.

Four employs more than 200 people in total in the UK and the Gulf and bills in excess of £20 million of fees per annum.  The agency offers creative and digital services to a large range of clients including St George, The Welsh Government, Ace Insurance, Chinatown London and Oman Oil.  The agency has particular strength in the travel, property, financial services and public sectors. The creative and digital offering includes design and branding, advertising, marketing, web design & build and digital marketing.  The agency also has large PR and media planning & buying teams.

Four has announced three acquisitions in recent months since it successfully secured a £10 million investment of equity finance from BGF (Business Growth Fund), the UK’s most active provider of growth capital to small and mid-sized businesses.  As part of the investment, Four also secured an additional debt facility from HSBC.  In September Four acquired Welsh design and PR agency, FBA; in August financial & professional services agency Broadgate Mainland; and earlier this year it acquired healthcare media planning & buying agency MSA Media.
