Redwood Consulting is going from strength to strength after a hugely successful year and has recently secured two new instructions – delivering a communications campaign for The Gates shopping centre in Durham for a fund managed by Clearbell Capital and a brand vision for Bicester, supporting Cherwell District Council.
Redwood is working closely with a fund managed by private real estate fund management and advisory business Clearbell Capital, to deliver a communications campaign for The Gates. The communications strategy is aimed at maximising awareness of the scheme in local, regional and trade press throughout the development programme. Redwood will also feed into the development of The Gates’ marketing collateral, which will include support with direct marketing, website development and brochures.
Following the Government awarding Garden Town status to Bicester, Redwood Consulting was jointly appointed by Cherwell District Council alongside branding expert Harrison:Fraser to develop and deliver a new brand vision for the town. The phased programme includes stakeholder interviews and focus groups to define and shape the vision for Bicester’s future growth, which will culminate in a sequence of public launch events in 2016.
Kate Bourne, Managing Director at Redwood, said: “Redwood has had a hugely successful year winning a stream of exciting new clients and projects. We have a fantastic team working alongside partners and in-house teams to ensure the successful delivery of these two intensive, yet exciting projects.”
These two new instructions come soon after Redwood’s appointment to support Queensberry Real Estate and Hunter Real Estate Investment Management with PR support.
