Broadgate Mainland has been ranked 11th in the coveted UK Best Workplaces Survey 2013, run by the Great Place to Work ® Institute UK.

Broadgate Mainland was one of 25 companies recognised in the small company category, for businesses with between 20 and 49 members of staff.

The Great Place to Work® scheme uses two metrics in order to determine the rankings; the first is an anonymous survey of all staff that evaluates the perception of employees about management, their colleagues and their job. The second is a ‘Culture Audit’ questionnaire completed by management, examining how management creates trust through policies, practices and initiatives. The scores from both these evaluations determine whether a company makes the Great Place to Work® rankings.

Broadgate Mainland’s ranking adds to its success in 2012 when it was awarded Investors in People (IIP) Bronze status and was also highly commended in the PR Week Best Places to Work Awards
