Broadgate and Mainland to merge

London-based independent PR agencies Broadgate and Mainland are to merge creating a major force in UK financial and professional services PR.
The new company, called Broadgate Mainland, brings together two highly respected PR agencies with complementary services and skills, establishing a full-service agency that combines media relations, corporate and digital PR.
Broadgate Mainland’s expertise makes it one of the leading PR firms in its sector.
The new agency has a diverse roster of blue-chip corporate and consumer finance brands. It will be overseen by Broadgate founder Roland Cross, with Neil Mainland and Mark Knight as directors.

Broadgate Mainland, with 30 staff, will be based at Broadgate’s City of London offices once the merger is completed in mid-October.
