IPRN Moscow Member PR Partner gains PR for Turkish Airlines

Fighting off intense and stiff opposition PR Partner has been awarded the contract for PR support in Russia for Turkish Airlines, which was voted the best Airline in Europe between 2011 and 2013 by Skytrax.

The tender for the contract involved twelve agencies in three parts and lasted six months.  PR Partner was chosen and will now provide full PR support for Turkish Airlines in Russia. Activities will include consulting, press events organisation, campaigns that cover business and professional media as well as marketing and sponsorship.

Mefail Deribas, general manager of Turkish Airlines Russia said, “In recent years we’ve been working activity within Russia. In 2005 Turkish Airlines carried only 65,000 passengers and at the end of 2013 the number of passengers had increased to over 1,000,000.”

He continued, “We decided to work with a PR agency to communicate to the Russian public Turkish Airline’s story – its wide network and high quality. After a lengthy search we chose to work with PR Partner. This decision was based on PR Partner’s leading position in the Russian PR market, and the firm’s highly professional approach and dedication to its clients. We hope our mutual cooperation will be beneficial for both companies in the upcoming months.”
